Last night in Nicaragua

The last two nights we have stayed in San Juan del Sur, in a hostel five minutes walking distance to a warm, sandy beach on the Pacific Ocean. This was Joshuas first time in the specific ocean. The hostel we are staying at is very similar to the other hostels, it has a courtyard with hammocks, alot of travelers and free coffee in the morning. Although I believe today was day five of not having coffee for me. I am trying to break the cycle of headaches related to caffeine withdawals, and I am almost there. The people we have met in this hostel have been so cool. This hostel feels somewhat family style, as we have ended up sharing many meals in the hostel with our fellow hostel companions, at the dinner tables provided, and if we dont eat in, we will walk to the markets together to get food or water etc. I have enjoyed making friends and haning out like this alot!

Joshua and I have also realized that we think we have finally adjusted well to traveling. It is interesting to look back only two weeks ago and think "Oh we were such babies then, new travelers". I feel we have a good grip now on how to travel. But, even in one month from now we will look back to where we currently are and see how much we have grown! We have enjoyed Nicaragua quite a bit, as it was the first country we have REALLY travelled to,  but we are also looking forward to see whats in Costa Rica. We head out first thing tomorrow!
