Goodbye Dinner - Sunday the 18th Jan

After Jordan and Hailee left on Sunday, Ashley and I relaxed for a while and then went to a little goodbye dinner.  The dinner was orginialy intended to say goodbye and have a meal with several people who had requested it, it ended up turning into something rather large, but what a wonderful time.  After dinner several people wanted to keep celebrating so we went to the Bowling Alley, and had even more fun.

It is a beautiful sadness for sure.  How blessed are we that we get to be so sad to say goodbye to such good friends.  I am sad as hell, but also feel a bit of relief knowing that it is a blessing to be able to even feel this type of sadness.

Can't have wings and roots at the same time, and it hurts trimming your roots so your wings can come in.

We love you all, and are going to miss each and everyone of  you.  Thanks for being a part of our lives, you have enriched them more than you may know.
